1. Contact information – this category includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, emergency point of contact, and other information primarily used to contact you.
2. Identifying information – this category includes your Social Security number, driver’s license number, date of birth, and other information primarily used to identify you.
3. Information associated with references and background checks – this category includes your employment history, employment references, education, professional licenses and credentials, criminal record, driving record, credit history, and any other information with public or private information sources associated with background checks.
4. Voluntary self-identification information – this category includes disability status, veteran status, race, ethnicity, and other information you voluntarily disclose to us in employment forms.

When We Share Personal Information

We will never sell your information.

We may share your personal information (all categories identified above) to third party clients and organizations such as jobsite owners and/or government entities. For example, if you are a job candidate for a job placement, we may share your personal information with the jobsite owner to approve your access to the jobsite and to obtain training credentials for placement. We may share your information with third party vendors for payroll, human resources, information technology, and/or other business services contracted to third parties. We may also share your information when required to comply with obligations under applicable law or other obligations to government authorities.

How Long We Keep Personal Information

For current employees, we will keep your personal information as long as necessary to administer your employment and comply with legal requirements, usually 7 years.

For prospective employees not hired by us, we will keep your personal information as long as necessary to comply with legal requirements, usually 3 years from the date of the hiring decision.

Access We Provide Regarding Your Personal Information

Upon your request, we are happy to

• Give you access to, and/or a copy of, the personal information we have about you;
• Work with you to update or correct the personal information; and,
• Delete incorrect information, or information that we are not legally required to keep.
